I'm almost over the edge, my stupid landlord just said that he can come here at any time and quick me out, cause he is making no tenancy agreement, obviously he is paying council tax as if the property was not being rented...... And here am I waiting for some stupid landlor kick me out ..... that's just unbelievable....... the asshole is making a big time fraud and I am the one who end up homeless..........

That sounds annoying and stressful - I've had nasty landlords before.Even if you have no contract you still have legal rights as a tenant and I don't think he can just kick you out. If you go to the Citizens Advice Bureau they will advise you of what your legal rights are. There should be an office somewhere in your area. Advice is free but you may have to wait for an appointment.Did he actually say he would kick you out or just that he could if he wanted? Maybe he is just being a bastard to show he can but he doesn't have any actual plans to evict you.Did he say if council tax was included in the rent?You are liable for council tax not him as you are the tenant.
